Thank you General Yeager

Just read that Gen Chuck Yeager passed away. Death is never a happy thing, but Yeager had such a great outlook on life and lived a pretty full one. In his autobiography he said if I auger in tomorrow, it will be with a smile on my face. I hope that's the way he finished up.

a good friend of mine had the honor of doing Chuck's surgery on his foot just to get an autograph on his sons flight helmet.

Can you just imagine how he felt the day he broke the sound barrier for the first time. No one knew what would happen and that takes a very brave totally gutsy man to do it first not know what could happen. He was a hero in my eyes...
