Texas jet ski expired registration

Hello all, I had a question for boat/PWC owners in Texas. I'm waiting on the paperwork to go through for a PWC with a lost title was curious to see how much trouble I'd be in if I used it while waiting on the paperwork. Registration expired in 2012 and I have the last registration card from the previous owner and a bill of sale. Yes I know I should have not bought it with a lost title but it was from a guy I know personally.

Make sure your drug and booze clean....once they stop you for that minimal infraction....your are open to any and all possiblities to follow....
