I went to test drive a boat last weekend and it was a cold 38 degrees. Everything was looking on the up and up with the boat until I checked the oil cap and there was milky oil on it. The salesman said it ws just condensation form the extreme cold water passing through the water jackets, I did check the dip stick and it didn't look like any milky oil was on it, but the oil was brand new also. What are your thoughts

LOL. Yup on the condensation. During the last few months its been around 20* here and I drive , I kid you not, less then 1 mile round trip to work. Its bad for the truck but what are you going to do. The oil cap is always milky unless I take it out for a longggg drive then its all clean again.
