1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
This is good for tuna steaks, salmon and I reckon any other similar fish. Mix ingredients well and allow tuna to marinate for at least an hour. Grill over hot coals for about 5 minutes, or back in an oiled pan at 400F for about 10 minutes.

Re: Teriyaki Recipe

That sounds like a cross between my one brother's Beef Jerky Recipe, and other brother's General Tseo's Chicken.

Must try... I've got salmon in the freezer just waiting for some grilling

Re: Teriyaki Recipe

a good twist for this is too add some pineapple juice too. Believe it or not, this marinade will make Spam taste like something from a 5 star restaurant ;)
