Tension issue with Commander 3000...

I have a 1996 Sylvan V196 with a 4.3LX Vortec & Thunderbolt ignition. I have the side mounted Commander 3000 with the trim up/down controls at the top of the shifter, the kill switch in the lower left of the panel, & the trailer function in the lower right of the panel. I can't find the "tension" screw for the arm itself. I need to adjust it since I put new cables in.

Well #22 here is what they call the friction set screw, I am guessing that is it: http://www.mercruiserparts.com/Show...bdesc=Commander+3000+Classic(827270A+1+-+A11) Looks like you access it through a hole in the lower right hand of the mount. Hope that helps.
