Temp difference port to stbd ,head ,Tstat .2000 200hp Saltwater series 2 stroke

Perfect running 200hp 2 stroke.Running on muffs in driveway to winterize.Just got a temp gun and started pointing it around as motor was running.After running for a good 10 minutes to be sure we were warmed up I noticed that the stbd side was approx 10-15 degrees cooler than port..Port was 107 ish all around including the Tstst...Stbd was 88-95ish all around.This is not an expensive gun so actual temps are not exact however temps were not the same on port and stbd.Anyone know if I should be checking if port is too cool or stbd is too warm.Checked by hand and there was a slight difference in temp between the 2.I have been an Evinrude guy for 30+ years and this is my 1st

For some reasons they don’t like to idle on a hose.
A friend has a pair of 150hp. One will idle all day long on a hose. The other will not. Been like that since day 1
