Telescoping ski tow bar

I just purchased a SD 240 with the telescoping ski tow bar. Can somebody give me some pointers on how to lock this ski bar into place. I spin if counter-clockwise and can't seem to find the sweet spot to make it lock in.

I just purchased the 220 SD with the same telescoping ski bar. I found that as I rotate I also need to be pulling up. It finds a spot and extends another couple of inches and locks.

Try pulling all the way up, continue pulling and rotate.

Do you know if the Dundeck 237 has the same telescoping tow bar?
