Teleflex steering with a volvo sx drive

01 boat teleflex steering hub assy volvo sx drive and powering steering....one single cable going to the drive.....Two issues one is about 1" of slop from the wheel to the outdrive and two the steering wheel cant be aligned true up and down...its keyed and the hub has no flexability...I cannot find installmation or service manuals anywhere on the net Direction's are sorley needed here..

One thing to note is the teleflex end show's no sign's ao slip at all in its hub assy..

OK taking off all these drives has to mean you guys have some kind of experience with the steering system's....could someone plz lower themselves and help a old man out...i will post pics or vids showing the problem if needed....:redface:
