The Tawakoni Hot Boat Regatta will Be held at the 429 marina on Lake Tawakoni October the 14th-16th.

UPDATE: Looks like all the cabins are booked at this point. They are all reserved by people attending this event. Tent and RV sites are still available. Hotels are available about 15 minutes away in Greenville. This is shaping up to be a huge event.

This is going to be a spectacular event. There are boats coming from as far away as the coat of TX all the way up to MO. Hope to see some of you this weekend. Check the thread linked above for more details.

This one was huge. At one point 87 hot boats were counted on the water with more on the trailer. I'm betting there was 100 boats total and probably 1000 people on the beach Saturday counting participants and spectators.
