has anyone ever heard of TAS outboards. I have a 1 hp TAS outboard/trolling motor that I would like to find some tech data about or where to get parts.
TAS is a name the Japanese company Tanaka used to sell some of their products under.<br />They actually list and have a lot of information about their (discontinued) 3hp outboard.<br /><br />I hope this gets you started.<br /><br />EDIT: They have downloadable manuals and parts diagrams for a variety of outboards they built in the past.
