Recently had 2015 Volvo Penta DPS duoprop serviced , leg removed new gimbal bellows and now strange tapping noise when turning
Also when on straight seems a strange out of sorts hum intermittently so I played with trim and it seemed to go but then returns every minute for 20 secs
At idle when turning wheel can also hear faint tap
Only 5-6 hrs out of service
Boat in marina so will have to lift out to have checked $$$$$
PS only done this twice ,to stop propeller from spinning when motor off ( due to fishing lines getting wrapped around prop, could this have anything to do with it? Shift cable?
I appreciate any thoughts
