tapatalk feed down?

I surf mostly from my phone in my free time. Something with the design of the web page makes replying and even surfing the forums a daunting time consuming, lagging, frustrating task.

I thought we had tapa talk support on these forums, so I downloaded the app. Works great on mist other forums I surf. Tho there's a icon, and listing for I boats, when I try to connect I get a server error, please contact administrator error.

Can anyone advise?

We had some issues in the past with security threats and the tapatalk app. While dealing with these security threats, a new mobile version was introduced. You can view the mobile version by visiting the page on your phones internet browser or clicking the 'Mobile Site' link at the bottom of page.

The new mobile version seemed to work fine and met the needs of those using their phone to view our forums. So we just have never went back to Tapatalk. Not sure why we are still showing on their list tho, I'll see if I can get that figured out.

I"m using the mobile site. It's buggy and difficult to navigate. It causes my auto correct to slow down and lag. The longer the post the worst it gets. Also little things such as clicking on a topic will cause it to highlight most of the time. and requires a second click to actually open the selected page.

Also going back from a thread, back to the listing causes it to default to the top of the page. This is pretty minor, and common on some other sites, however the above mentioned problems keep me from using the site unless I deem a reply super important.

I'm using a stock Galaxy nexus, stock browser, Running jellybean on Verizon.

I appreciate it. You guys are the best! I dint expect any huge changes for one user, but if its something simple you can fix that would be awesome.

I don't know how simple it is, but am willing to look into it and hopefully get it fixed. I imagine you're not the only one experiencing it, just the only one to post about the issue. Again I do appreciate you letting me know. I like for everything to run as smooth as possible for ALL users.

After looking at it, it appears the slowness is caused by some back end scripting. I don't have access to these files, I'll contact the one that does and see if he has any way of making the scripts perform better.

Sorry to hear that Tapatalk doesn't work anymore. I use it for a lot of different forums and it works great.

me too and it is the best mobile app overall to visit supported sites, this explains why I was getting "error" as well
