Hey flathead... History has also showed that Green Bay doesn't lose at home under 30 degrees too. Hmmmmmmm. I guess THAT history is... history :p

I was ready for a big blowout after the first few minutes when the eagles first scored in only 3 plays. But our Bucs held in there and played a consistant game. It was like the Eagles went into the game thinking it was an easy win since they beat us the last two years in a row in playoff games. Sorry. New Team, new direction, new Coaching. I went outside after Ronde Barbor intercepted that last ball and cinched the victory. My neighborhood simply "erupted"...thats the best way I can describe it.

Next week should be a great game. Jon Gruden's team from last year vs his team from this year.

I still have to give a hand to philly, they played a great game...

Nav  err, actually :p :p :p :) just kiddin

That was a great game as was the Titan performance. You gotta hand it to the Raiders, they are tough as nails to have beaten the Titans like that as the Titans were ready to play.

I gotta disagree about the flaming thumbtacks game. I don't think the team was ready to play. I think they were waiting to see what McNair could do. The paper here in town has been paying homage to McNair and lamenting the poor performance of the rest of the team. I think that there is some truth in that. The raiders kept McNair in check and the rest of the team just layed down.

crab has a pretty good defense going for him.
they pinned their ears back, and went 4 it.
why the eagles didn't do the same on defense???
outcoached I feel.
no wonder it's so dang cold.... hell is gonna
freeze over and Tampa Bay is gonna win the Super Bowl...
I'll be rooting 4 the bucs :)

I see yout point Spider. That was one great first quarter. After the turnovers, the momentum went too far to the Raiders, game over.
