Re: Talk about a fish story

Saw this in our lcal newspaer the other day...If I remember right it was called Spring Lake...Also saw that she was fishn out of a inflatable raft..She stated that the reason for releasing it was because she was told that you could not keep bass caught on the lake..
Whether she gets the record or not it still is a monster and a nice filet at that...

I'm a little curious about the photo. Not many women have forearms and hands that look like that considering the rest of her stature.

Did you ever see that episode of Seinfeld with the girl with the big hands? Wouldn't want those things muckling on to me! ;)

Don’t you know when you’re being yanked!! Look at the shadows. Note shadow of her nose and left leg. Someone did a bang-up job of cropping the bass and left forearm, but the shadow on the fish does not match the shadows of this lady. The under belly of the fish should also have a shadow. And if a flash were used, the fish shadow on her body would not appear or be this dark. This is just my humble opinion.

Re: Talk about a fish story

Tylerin

When in college (University of Central Florida) I was the sports photographer for the university newspaper. The campus has a reflecting pond (concrete) between the admin building and library. There are several ponds on the campus. I took a photo of one of the local gators in one of the ponds and an other of the reflecting pond. In the newspaper’s dark room I put the two together and we ran the photo in the campus newspaper. It looked real and many students and facility believed it was true that a gator made its was into the reflecting pond. But one of the photojournalism majors pointed out the difference in the shadows and if you really looked at the shadows, you could tell something was just not right. But it was a laugh.

Well I may not be a photographer but that hand and arm looked like they could rip a bull apart bare handed. A little too masculine for the lady. :)

LF,

Good observation. Of course, you know, that is California. How do we know it's a woman?

Re: Talk about a fish story

ok,
here is my 2 cents. This she-male with the man hands allegedly fishing out of a rubber raft doesn't look to me like she's been fishing enough to know that she should hold the fish out (away from her body) to make it look bigger as she is doing. Also, shadows aside, she seems to have some tan line difference from her hairy man fore-arm to her upper arm. Also, it seems it would take her two hands to hold this lunker and I am having trouble seeing exactly were the second hand is.

As a side note, what the hell is going on with her knees? One looks like it is a bit higher up than the other?

ok, I better stop now-----------

Giddy up with that!!---

Kramer

If that's not a touched up photo, I'll eat my hat. Throwing back a new world record large mouth bass would be like recycling the paper that a winning million dollar lottery ticket was printed on.
Stalker

Of course he's a woman, now! The question is how long since she was a man?
