Taking on Water

I have a Quantum 16ft Fish and Ski with a 50HP Force outboard. I was fishing last night and checked the bilge area out of habit. I noticed a stream of water coming in from the transom wall in the center of the boat, directly over the bilge pump. I can not find a corresponding hole on the outside of the boat. The bilge pump kept me dry, but does anyone know why this is happening? It almost looks like the hole is made this way. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep looking on the outside.Look at any transom lights,screws etc.Scrape off the bottom paint in that spot and see if there is any repairs there.Seek and ye shall find.It may also be running down from above where you see it. Charlie
