i have tried to change props ive rebilt the cabs and it seems like its starvineing fo something spark? fuel it takes forever to plane out

is there any problems with the 140 evirude that would cause dificalty in planing out?

You have to check compression, fuel, and spark. Then trouble shoot one step at a time. Keeping track of what you find.

have you check the boat? could it be water logged?
