Tachometer setting help, please!

Can anyone please tell me how many poles a 2001 Yamaha 115hp 4cyl 2stroke has? Trying to set up a Faria tachometer with settings 1 through 6.

Count the poles on your stator, or look up your stator in a parts diagram to see the number. Really need to know before buying a tach.....
