Tachometer on old big twin omc motos

I have a KYSOR Medallion Tachometer I would like to hook up and use on some of my Big Twin motors all mag Ignition. The Tachometer only has 3 wire setup. As you can see in the pic of the back it show. seting from 1 to 5. Any help I will take

I don't know of any tachometer still being made for the magneto systems. If you are aware of one, let us know. Yes there is the TinyTach digital thing that picks up a signal from a spark plug wire.
