Am I Able To Put Any Tachometer On Mercury 75 Horse Outboard? Because Mine Is Fried, Or Is There A Site Where I Can See How To Rebuild Mine? Or A Site With Cheep Tachometers?
I don't think you can rebuild them. As far as I know any tach will work. You may have to change a setting on the back before you install it from like 3/4/6 cly ect.
an automotive tach won't work. you need a marine style wth adjustable pole settings like iboats sells. usually when they die, there's not much to fix. solid state stuff
