Have neither up or down. I've tested relays per omc manual and both test good. I disconnected trim motor pig tail under hood and tried to make trim motor run with 12vlt supply...Zero...tested blue and green from engine side of pigtail, and I'm showing 12.5 volts on BOTH pins, without running either switch. I disconnected harness at control box, and no change. I don't believe I should have voltage at either pin, should I??? unless I'm operating the switch.........

I'm fairly certain that your setup should not read any voltage unless activated at the switch. Also your T&T motor doesn't take a constant ground. Blue + and green - should be up or down and visa versa will be the opposite way.

Exactly my thoughts about the ground. when I was rebuilding this engine I ran the TNT by just swaping leads one way or the other, and I now have power at both spades to ground, and I'm fairly sure I took out a 200.00 trim motor in this case and I need to find why I have voltage to both spades-both switches are unhooked????<br />Thank you for your response!
