I have a 1992 yamaha T 9.9 4 stroke it starts and idles fine but when I put it in gear and try to rev up it starts to chug almost seems like its choking took carb apart and cleaned it did not make any difference seems to be getting enough gas new gas filter pump is pumping good could the black piece on top of the carb I think its called the starter be the problem. I bought this motor recently and this is the way it ran the first time I started it
