SX Drive question, Gimble housing Damage.... :(

It appears that the gimble bearing shattered and took out the circular housing on the back of the 1997 Volvo
SX drive.:facepalm: From what I can tell, this whole part is one huge solid piece that bolts onto the transom and most likely cant be repaired. The thing i noticed this is that the bellow will not seal around the gimble bearing housing and its letting water into the bellows destroying the u-joints and gimble bearing within one season.
Any help would be great as now is about the time to start the winter preparations for storage and annual maintenance.
Is this repairable or do I need to locate a whole new transom piece. Where can I find one of these and what do these parts run? How hard is it to remove and replace?

You need a new transom shield.

Once again Thank You. How hard are those to locate and how simple/complicated are those to replace?
