SpinnerBait myself and maybe a few others are getting together next weekend for some fall fishing..<br /><br />Strippers and Bass are on the menu..Must have over three hundred musky lures.. I will be bringing about a hundred or so <br /><br />My question is i am sure Bass and Strippers will hit on any action lure but what to bring..<br /><br />I have large Spinners,Bagleys,8-12" Surface lures,Grandmas,Swimwhizzes and some smaller Divers I use in the spring..<br /><br />Since I am not a basser what colors are good for this time of year..Probably will be targeting the Strippers..Trolling for the most part with some casting inbetween..I figure i can use the same approach as I do in the fall for Musky fishing..<br /><br />Rig wise..Bringing two of my musky killers and two smaller casting set ups..And noooo I am not going to invest in any new lures..Divorce is not an option here..

I take it you will be trolling through schools of baitfish you see on the depthfinder. Color depends on what kind of bait fish they are. If Gizzard shad I would troll a silver and blue shad rap. Those stripers will go nuts at night and chase the baitfish to the surface, sounds like you have the surface lures covered. Firetiger is always a good color for me in the fall. You might want to invest just a few $$ For some soft plastics,and hooks. I would suggest senkos. Or you could just bum a few from spinner.
