Switching from Nissan NS40C to Tohatsu M40C question

My old Nissan has died and I have a line on the equivalent Tohatsu. The Tohatsu is currently tiller, and I wonder can I hook up the remote throttle control, fuel, and steering from my current set-up directly, or will I need parts. If parts are needed, is this something that I could do (I have general mechanical aptitude, like changing a starter or alternator on a car).

They are identical except for paint and decals. Everything can be moved over.
