switch wiring problem

Hi people<br /> Ima new owner of'79 searay overniter,one of several problems is that cabin lights, nav. lights or bilge pump , windshield wiper will only operate is if blower switch is on, and blower will not operate at all. Is blower switch bad, or is wiring all messed up?

schematic is right check the grounds.<br />Aren't you the same guy replacing the engine?

i had the same problem when i bought my 86 searay245 walkaround i think they hit it right on the head with the bad ground thats what was wrong with mine good luck
