Swim Ladder

In trying to make it easier for partially disabled DW to get out of the water and on to 19ft Carolina Skiff, has anyone tried these Get a Grip Boarding Assists that mount into rod holders? Swim ladder works fine to get to transom platform, getting over the top of the transom is a whole 'nother story.

They can be tricky if you have any type dissabilities. They have low weight limits and not steady, ok for kids, but very questionable for bigger adults based on watching others use them.
