Grandkids coming for a visit. We have only a two step ladder mounted on our 185BR 1998 Sea Ray.I was thinking or replacing the ladder with a three step ladder so the little ones can climb up easier but I was a afraid to loosen the mounting <br />screws and then have a nut or support plate inside fall down into the stern/transom area.<br />I can't see the underside from inside the boat withour removing lot's of screws/divider walls. Hopefully there is a re-inforced plate under the swin deck that the screw's screw into?
