Swapping lower unit

Anybody know if a kiekhafer mercury 950 lower unit will swap out with the 1100ss lower unit. I have a free parts motor and no reverse in my lower unit please help

I am going to assume both engines are around 1967 models. Are the both the same shaft length? Either 15" or 20"
