swapped same motors and control cables dont fit?

swapping '94 120 force on a 19'bayliner capri w/'95 force 120 off an ocean boat, the transom bracket bolt holes dont match, the throttle and shift cables dont fit, they mount in a totaly different way.the old motor uses clamps that hold the sleeve and the ends of the cable are held stationary to a bracket on the block and the '95 doesn't have any clamps or brackets just posts with screws on them for the throttle and shift.what do I need to do?
