Swap engine block on 1998 90hp 3 cylinder Yamaha

With intermediate mechanic experience, is it possible to DIY swap the engine block on a 1998 90 hp 3 cyl Yamaha? I botched a helicoil job and drilled thru the block. I found one for $300 and am considering a swap. First attachment is mine with a hole in it, second is the potential replacement

The potential one looks like it has cylinder damage.

Maybe consider having your block’s hole welded up?? ….
