Well, the time is getting closer. Any thoughts as to where/when?

Winter lasts forever. Drove to STJ last weekend, welove that town.Had to go to the municiple ramp for a visit. The tears were not from the wind either. There were 2 guys out on the river in a small Boston Whaler. I will relocate there in 6 years or less. Retirement (sort of). What is your boat name and make? Mine is a 01 Rinker Captiva 212, cranberry/ off white. Name is "SODUH!"

I'd be interested, depending on when, how long, etc.. Kid's soccer games, dog, etc. Would this require any adult beverages to be involved ?

South Haven is where we do most of our boating, but can go out of any of the harbors in the area. Nice thing about a trailer. We will be in the Straits the 4th of July week staying at the Mackinac Island Harbor....keepin my eyes closed I can almost see, hear and tast the summer comming!!! Keep me informed.

April Star is a white/blue 36' Trojan I just purchased. I sure hope I'm over the dreaded "2 foot-itis" disease (and so does my wife  )!<br /><br />I know what you mean about having to visit the ramp late in the winter. I used to do that in Manistee...just watching someone unloading at the ramp is enough to make my eye's leak :( :D :D <br /><br />I don't know about anyone else, but as far as big-boy pops go I usually imbibe in 1 or 2 sometime through out the day. Doc said that was all I could have. Luckily for me he didn't specify what size :D <br /><br />Looking forward to the "big" water again. It's been a 4 year dry spell (pun intended) since I sold my last boat. Now that one of my boys are out of college and making good money I can spend a little (more) on me!<br /><br />"B O A T"<br />Bring Out Another Thousand
