Just to confirm while pressure testing this or any lower unit, does it need to be empty or full of gear lube. My l/u will hold 10 pi for over an hour while empty of fluid. At 15 pi I can see tiny bubbles slowly leaking from the front of the propeller shaft seal when held underwater . I don't mind buying new seals but I can not remove the prop shaft.
