suzuki dt85 (orange motor) - low end removal

Please help - I cant find where to locate the gear link rod clip which I have to remove before dopping the lower end. M any thanks

Remove engine cover and look in void under lower intake area.Generally a little difficult to access, however ,a few choice words should get the job done.May have to remove intake box to gain visual.
