Replaced fuel pump

I have a Suzuki DT65 and was told that I need to rebuild the carbs. The motor is running lean and not getting enough fuel is what I was told. It runs fine on water muffs, but stalls at WOT when out on the lake.
I have cleaned carbs before, but not rebuilt any. I cannot find information about carb manufacturer, diagrams, specifications, etc. on this motor. The carb kit I find being sold for these carbs has gaskets, looks like the jet and not much else.
I was told I need to remove the welsh plug and clean the set valve???
Can I buy welsh plugs for these carbs?
Any help or information about these carbs would be appreciated.
