Suzuki DT60 2003 tilt problem

The actual tilt mechanism on my DT60 works fine, however, the remote control switch (on the throttle control) doesn't! The control on the engine itself operates the tilt. This has happened literally overnight (worked, now doesnt at all) and I haven't used her in heavy seas or anything. Any ideas? Loose connection in the control box? Its a NA12S box

Check the two bullet connectors in the motor compartment that bypass the main harness connector. If its not those then it could be the switch, the connectors in the NA12S or a bad ignition switch or wiring there at.
Dont forget to turn the ignition on before activating the trim switch.
