Suzuki DT15 cooling (1985)

Hello
My first question-
Do all Suzukis have a telltale, (pee hole), water pilot hole?
I have a 1985 DT15 and the water exists a hole on the shaft that is beside a small exhaust port. It also exits through three holes that are on the front of drive shaft housing. I have looked on the motor and I have not found anything that looks like a telltale or anythng that would deliver water to a telltale.
Question 2
Is water suppose to exit through these three holes?

Yes they all squirt water out.... I use mine daily and that had me confused too. Just be careful when starting this motor. If it is not in neutral the stopper for the stopper reel will snap, and I have not been able to find that plastic little piece any where....
