Hi,

symptom:
Buzzer sounds every 7 or 10 second
Red oil lamp Is on
Red lamp for rpm limit to 3000 rpm is on (reason for this seems to be the oil sensor gets no vaccum when running)
When using the boat, the engine shuts of at 3000 rpm, can start again and to be used at low rpm

Tested:
Oil sensor replaced and give shortage when testing with vaccum at the outlet of the sensor,
while inlet blocked
Red rpm limit lamp goes off when making shortage instead of having oil sensor connected so one problem is that no vaccum created when running. All oil hoses seems to have no leakage when testing them with pressure.
When running I`removed one at the time of the four oil hoses into carbs and when running oil coming in all four hoses.
bleeded the oil pump several times.

Oil hoses after the oil pump filled with oil all the way to the ”air bubblers” and the last cm of the four hoses after the air bubblers mixed with either oil or air.

oil level sensors are working fine showing 1-3 green segments on the Suzuki instrument depending on oil level in the tank.

Impeller replaced and water coming perfect from the side.

Both water sensors works perfectt and the two red lamps goes off directly when srtated.

The engine starts very easy and runs smoothly.

I removed the oil pump/cleaned it and tested with my drilling machine on the axle and oil coming from all four outputs when oil tank/oil sensor connected.

Also pressed the reset button several times on the side of the engine and measured that the switch is working/connected to the black box behind the engine.

I hope its not the CDI .....

I have exactly the same motor and the same problem!
Have you come up with a solution?
"Oilflow sensor works when give shortage when testing with vaccum at the outlet of the sensor while inlet blocked.
Red rpm limit lamp goes off when making shortage instead of having oil sensor connected so one problem is that no vaccum created when running."

I have some questions to better understand.
1. How can "no vaccum created when running" be a CDI problem?
2. Can a ugly solution be "making shortage instead of having oil sensor connected" to come around the actuall problem.

After reeding your post. My thought is that the problem must be oil pump or bleeding problem. I have not tested my oil pump yet, because it injects oil in carborators. So it seems to do the jobb, but with no vacum...?

Please answer how you solved the problem.

I have read more now. Oilflow sensor close circuit when vacum is created in oil host inled. Reason can be oilfilter is clugged or other oil flow issue. The sensor circuit should be open when oil flow is ok.
That means your motor dont have oil flow issue. Not with sensor or pump.
This means I think the problem is heat relatet.
1. Water flow is restrikted.
2. Water level is low, (bad impeller och clogged water channels)
3. Faulty waterlevel sensors
4. Faulty water temp sensor
Regards

I understan now that the problem can be CDI related to. Symtom can be as you describe
