I have a 1982, Suzuki DT 8, Serial # 0801218324.<br />Cannot find a water jet that indicates that the water pump /impeller is operating.<br />Does this egine have one ?<br />If so, what is the exact location ?
Can't say for sure but if you go to the bottom left of this page you will find a link that says "repair manuals"<br />click on it and find your manual and pick one up. But you should have something. I have an '86 DT-6 and it has a small hole right under the motor where the shaft begins.<br />You can clearly see water coming out when it's running.
