i bought maxium with a sick suzuki outboard the dealer said it just needed to be rebuilt. compression was 60lbs in some and 90lbs in the other cylinders. i tried to get it run but it just wouldnt come up on plane. so over the winter i sent the cyls. out to get bored and put wisco pistons in. it still has the same problem. ive checked the position sensor. went through the carbs and still has no power.the plugs are wet and black which should mean rich but the idle mixture screw is at 1 turn instead of 1 1/2. all cylinders show spark . sounds like its missing at idle. could this be the stator or the powerpac. feels like the power of a 20 horse..<br /> thanks for this great forum
