you might want to tell your wrench to replace the exhaust temp sensor.

when the sensor gets hot it messes up the ECM .
and will kill the spark.

specialy after a overheat those sensors will do this.

suzuki is aware of this.
check the engine temp when it happens.
than use the coldspray on the temp sensor and you will see it starts right up.

Message to JB. You should not have closed the "Suzuki Sucks" thread as there was a huge amount of interest in the topic (1,902 views) and there was a lot of good information learned and provided. We are not in Cuba where the government controls the press. Open up that thread even if you personally do not like it!

would be a good place to start.
goes back to what I hammer at the techs I work with.
Isolate what aint working and like magic its fixed.
in this case it was stated that the problem was repeatable easily.
that means its easy to leave a peak reading meter on the coil primary and check primary voltage when the problem occurs, if its there its not a spark issue.
its just to quick and easy.
