Suzuki DF 70 has (4 stroke) has a big issue, Oil is milkey... O'no!

Hi forum curu's

Heed help with the above, water got into the oil bigtime, need to figure out what to do next?

Is it a power head rebuild, gasget issue, or somethingelse altogether?

I changed the oil and ran it to determine if it fixed itself in my driveway, after running for 5 minutes, shut it down, checked it, and it was just as milkey...

Now what?

Done well to recheck with fresh oil.
Seems like blown gasket is the culprit.
The question now is why ...
