A small tid-bit from down under. After an absence of almost 3 years it was nice to read in my latest boat mag that Suzuki's are now being distributed again in NZ.<br /><br />Mike

They sure will. Suzuki have appointed Haines Hunter to distribute the motors in both NZ & OZ. Head Office will be in Wacol just outside of Brisbane and they plan to commence trading on October 1st under the name Haines Suzuki Marine Pty. From the article it sounds like it will only be their 4 stroke range.<br /><br />Mike

G'Day. I guess that the suzies will only go to Haines dealers then. What a turn around, only a couple of years ago Haines was owned by OMC Australia. Should be interesting to see how they go against the Evinrude 4 strokes for price. Just hope that the price and availibility of spare parts becomes more competitive.
