I've seen plenty of posts about engines that won't start, but very few about engines that won't turn off! I have a Suzuki 9.9 tiller and it has a combination shut-off button/lanyard switch on the tiller arm. A couple weeks ago pushing the button or pulling the lanyard did nothing. Had to pull the fuel line and let it run out of gas.
Purchased a new OEM switch and took it out this morning - same thing. I'm not sure what to do at this point, but wanted to check here before I take it to the mechanic. Thanks in advance for any advice.
