Okay, Here we go...I recently got the motor (4HP Suzuki 2 Stroke) from a friend of mine and I don't even have a clue about it. Here is the sn# 00402-461467. First off, What year is it. Second, Where would you get a spare prop for it. (I have looked all over the internet and a couple of local shops here in the DFW) and third, there is a piece of cloth on the front of the carb that if it is taken off, it will not run. (Kinda like the choke is always on) This friend of mine got it from a garage sale a little while back and the previous owners have sinced moved on so the mechanical aspect of it is the biggest mystery of all of the questions I have on it. It is a real clean motor and seems to be in real good shape but the carb situation troubles me. It runs but I don't think it is going to full capacity. Any help on this would be deeply appreciated.
