Hello All,
I have a new to me Suzuki 40hp (4 stroke) - I am trying to install a trim gauge (boat didn't come with one)
As you can see from the photos I have 4 available wires.
The pink and blue wires give me 12v when the trim switch is operated. However it only gives 12v's when operated. One wire for up and one wire for down.
I guess what I am asking is which wire Is the sensor wire for the new gauge?
I read that it might be the white wire - but it wasn't. The gauge made a crazy sound when connected to that wire.
