Suzuki 225EFI Tilt won't go down

The tilt stopped working on my 2001 Suzuzki 225 EFI. Just as I pulled it out of the lake I noticed the switch on the throttle wouldn't tilt it down, and when I checked the switch on the engine, same thing, nothing. It tilts up, but not down? Any suggestions? When this happened on my OMC I replaced a solenoid and fixed it? Thanks for the help.

Do you hear a click when you press down?<br /><br />If not I would check the relay or the wiring to first.<br /><br />If you hear the click, check voltage at the trim motor.
