Engine has about 160 hours on it. Used only in the summer. It has fired right up every summer after being covered outside all winter in Tennessee, until this summer. Charged battery, verified fuel in filter bowl, 5 gallons of gas in tank (treated with Staybil last November), new plugs in 2020 and only about 30 hours put on the engine since then. Just cranks but doesn't fire. 12.6 volts at battery terminals. Any suggestions?

Need good compression, good spark at the proper time, and check fuel rail pressure and then injector operation.
test what you can

Finally got engine serviced by a Suzuki dealer. The high pressure fuel pump was bad plus the mechanic said the entire fuel system (hoses, low pressure fuel pump, bulb) were deterioated and needed replacement. I have always used 100% gas and treated gas with Stabil before storing boat outside under roof for the winter (about 6 months). However the engine has had no servicing since new except for a couple of oil changes and spark plug change. I would think the 100% gas and stabil would have kept the fuel system in shape. Mechanic suggested disconnecting fuel line and run engine till it quits before putting away for the winter which I haven't be doing. But back on the lake for fall color cruising.

30 hours in 17 years is not good for a motor.
I am not sure what 100% gas is now a days.
seems that motor has spent it's life sitting and not having much fresh fuel fed to it.
good luck with it from now on, but you need to run it more often
