Suzuki 1983 Suzuki Model DT 9.9 want to upgrade to 15? How?

I have a 1983 Suzuki DT 9.9 I was told that it could be changed to a 15. But I am not sure how? Any help would be appreciated.

Piece of cake, FB.<br /><br />Take it to a Suzi dealer and trade it for a 15.<br /><br />OR, spend twice the money and change all parts to 15 parts.
