Suzuki 150 "super-six" questions

Can someone tell what year or years they offered the 150 super six? I thought it was a '92 like my boat is. I will go home today and post the serial # for an exact year. I also bout a Seloc 1988-99 rpair manual and there is no reference to the "super six". Does anyone know of a manual on the super six 150?<br />Thanks for you help.

Some of my info may not be right but from what I can tell from the manuals I have, and what have seen is that the super six was sort of a "bass" model is was introduced in 86 with the rest of the v6's. There are differences in the reeds, ECU box, and possibly port timing. Some had dual plug heads and some don't. I think this changed according to the year (I have an 87 that doesn't but later models do.) The later super sixes were actually like 170 hp.<br /><br />Factory Suzuki manual is what you want but new they are like $90. I got a couple off ebay for $20.

Mine does have the 2 plugs heads. I would bet it is a 1991 or 1992 but I think the last year they made them was 1991. Oh well it runs great. Anymore info anyone has would be great.
