Suzuki 140EFI 2stroke?

I know this motor is no longer in production but is it a V4 or V6 and what was its last year? I found one new in the box for $5000. deal or no deal? Any input appreciated.

It is an in-line 4 cylinder and 2001 was the last year of production.
